We are looking for a Part-Time C&S RTO to support an upcoming project in the Holland area.

Resident Technical Officer - Civil & Structural (RTO C&S) Part Time

Job Details:

• Location: Holland area
• 1-2 site visits per week
• Approximately 2-4 hours per visit
• Flexible working hours
• Weekend visits are permitted
• Commencement: Mid-October 2026
• Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections and supervision of C&S works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, construction progress and compliance with approved plans and method statements.
• Identify and report any site discrepancies, defects or non-compliance.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors and relevant consultants on C&S site matters.
• Maintain proper site inspection records, reports and documentation.
• Attend site meetings/inspections where required.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a C&S RTO
• Possess the relevant RTO accreditation/registration
• Candidate must be able to register their name with BCA for the project
• Able to commit for the project duration
• Salary will be discussed based on experience and applicant's expecting salary range
