About the role
As a Resourcing Specialist, you will support hiring managers in sourcing temporary and contract talent. You'll manage staffing suppliers, consult on sourcing strategies, and ensure delivery of high-quality candidates to meet business needs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment and contingent workforce management experience who enjoys client interaction and problem-solving
Key responsibilities
- Manage staffing suppliers across the full recruitment cycle
- Conduct intake/consultation calls with hiring managers
- Develop and recommend sourcing strategies
- Use procurement/VMS tools to manage requisitions
- Shortlist candidates using effective assessment techniques
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding steps
- Negotiate bill rates aligned with market benchmarks
- Monitor requisition progress and ensure timely delivery
- Support timecard, expense management, and invoicing queries
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Meet KPIs and SLAs while driving continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end recruitment or MSP
- Strong background in contingent/temporary workforce management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and VMS/procurement tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Previous people-management experience preferred (not essential)
