Restaurant Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, ensure excellent service standards, and support the overall performance of the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, managing people on the floor, and maintaining high service quality.

Operations & Service

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and overall customer experience
• Check food and drink orders before serving to ensure standards are met
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating serious issues when required

Team Leadership

• Supervise, assign tasks, and manage service crew during shifts
• Support staff during peak hours and step in when service falls behind
• Train and coach new team members on service standards and procedures
• Maintain positive team morale and discipline on the floor

Staffing & Planning

• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower planning
• Support inventory control and basic stock management
• Monitor attendance and staffing needs to ensure smooth operations

Management Support

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational and customer satisfaction targets
• Assist with hiring, staff development, and performance monitoring
• Contribute to improving service processes and outlet performance

• At leaset 2 years experience in restaurant, caf, or F&B operations (supervisory experience preferred)
• Ability to speak Mandarin (added advantage to liaise with suppliers)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle pressure during busy hours
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude with a hands-on and responsible mindset
