  • We need Restaurant Selling
  • Thai Muslim Seafood.
  • Western Food
  • Chicken Rice
  • South Indian Cuisine
  • North Indian Cuisine
  • Willing to start with Short Notice.
  • Rotating Shift till 3am in the morning from 10am.
  • Responsible for Overall Restaurant Operation & Management.
  • Responsible for Budgeting.
  • Responsible for Cost Control.
  • Responsible managing Manpower in the department.
  • Responsible for Food Hygiene, Cleanliness and Food Quality.
  • Responsible for all MUIS Halal Requirements Strictly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 Years Experience in the relevant field.
  • Masters Degree in Any Field Preferred..
  • Minimum 2 years Experience in HALAL Restaurant Operations.
  • MUIS HALAL training will be an added Advantage.
  • Willing to work Overtime whenever required.
  • We open for all Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Willing to work with rotating off days.
