Role OverviewThe Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, ensuring service excellence, and leading team development across the outlet.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full outlet operations (FOH coordination)
- Lead, train, and develop service teams
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and food quality
- Monitor sales, cost control, and profitability (P&L awareness)
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning
- Resolve customer issues and operational challenges effectively
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Candidate Profile- Minimum 2–4 years in a supervisory/management role (F&B preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills (this is critical)
- Experience handling high-volume outlets is an advantage
- Good understanding of operations, reporting, and cost control
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure
