Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, ensuring service excellence, and leading team development across the outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full outlet operations (FOH coordination)
  • Lead, train, and develop service teams
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and food quality
  • Monitor sales, cost control, and profitability (P&L awareness)
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning
  • Resolve customer issues and operational challenges effectively
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2–4 years in a supervisory/management role (F&B preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills (this is critical)
  • Experience handling high-volume outlets is an advantage
  • Good understanding of operations, reporting, and cost control
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure
