Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide training to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts effectively.

Job Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tasks.
  • Location: Petaling Jaya
