Responsible for daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
Check food and beverage supplies.
Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors and handle customer enquiry with cares
Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
Job Requirements
Obtain PMR/SPM or any certificates.
Able to speak/write Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
Min 2-3 years relevant working experience required.
Willing to work on shift and long hours when required.
Able to work on morning and closing shift.
Able to work over the weekend (Friday- Sunday)
Working location: Mid Valley, Southkey (Johor Bahru).
