Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Support daily retail store operations
  • Perform cashiering duties and assist with end-of-day closing
  • Greet customers warmly and listen to understand their needs
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and goals
  • Promote and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals
  • Assist with product display, merchandising, and inventory presentation
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management
  • Stay updated with product knowledge through ongoing learning
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store for a safe environment

Job Requirements

  • Young, vibrant, and outgoing personality
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • No Golf Knowledge is required training will be provided
