Job Responsibility
- Manage outlet and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the outlet daily operations matters.
- Assists to prepare, execute and monitor the outlet standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provides high food quality standard, practice good hygiene and maintain a good health and safety standard in the outlet.
- Provides good customer service. Welcoming customers, introduce menu item, and accepting orders and payments.
- Cleaning and restocking work and sanitizing equipment in the outlet.
Job Requirements
- Languages: Can speak simple English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experiences: Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Basic Math Skills: Competency in handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in processing payments and maintaining transaction records.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in attendance, with a strong sense of responsibility for the role.
