Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit card payments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring the sales floor is free of clutter.
Assist in managing inventory by receiving shipments, verifying quantities, pricing items, and replenishing stock levels to minimize stockouts and maximize sales.
Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling related items, and informing customers about current promotions and discounts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and providing support to colleagues as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, safety, and security to protect company assets and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
Job Requirements
Possess SPM/Diploma in a related field.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Experienced in customer service and cash handling.
Ability to work in a team and solve problems effectively.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays at the Klang location.
Proficient in inventory management and ensuring stock is always sufficient.
Suitable for fresh graduates looking to start a career in the retail field.
