Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in Kuala Lumpur City. The Retail Associate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, assisting customers with product selection, handling in-store and online inquiries, and promoting Kualesa's sustainable products. Responsibilities include maintaining organized inventory, ensuring an appealing store presentation, and accurately processing transactions. The Retail Associate will act as a brand ambassador by embodying Kualesa's values of sustainability and excellence in customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven capability in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and providing Customer-focused Service.
• Experience in Inventory Management, ensuring proper stock levels and store organization.
• Ability to act as a representative of a sustainable and ethical brand, with passion for eco-conscious solutions.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and time management skills are a plus.
