Take ownership of the respective outlets performance and developing proposals to increase revenue.- Managing a team of 2-6 capable sales consultants.
Liaise with HQ in developing marketing plans for the store.
- Act as the product expert and advise customers on our product values.
Ensure their respective store is presentable and attractive for customers.- Develop a strong customer database to create customer loyalty.
- Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior experience managing staff would be desirable.- A numbers-driven personality for sales.
Able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Basic salary range: RM3000 RM5000
