Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, pet-loving team member to cover our afternoon-to-closing shift. You will split your time between attending to evening retail walk-ins, fulfilling instant delivery orders (GrabMart), listing products on Carousell/Marketplace, and building trust in local pet community groups.

Key Responsibilities

Evening Retail & Customer Care: Attend to walk-in pet owners from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; provide informed product recommendations for dog and cat supplies.
On-Demand E-Commerce (GrabMart): Monitor incoming GrabMart orders in real-time, pack products securely, and coordinate smooth handoffs with delivery riders.
Online Listings & Catalog Management: Create optimized, clear listings on Carousell and Facebook Marketplace; maintain updated inventory quantities across physical and digital channels so products never oversell.
Grassroots Community Engagement: Actively participate in neighborhood pet chat groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook) by providing friendly, non-pushy pet care tips and building organic goodwill.
Store Closing & Daily Audit: Complete the daily closing register, perform a quick cycle count on key inventory items, and log any stock pulled for online orders so the morning crew starts with accurate data.

Requirements

Hands-on familiarity with pet care, common dog/cat nutrition, and basic supplies.
Quick and comfortable using smartphone seller apps (GrabMerchant, Carousell, Facebook).
Pleasant interpersonal communication for both walk-in customers and digital chat groups.
Punctual, honest, and comfortable managing both store tasks and digital tasks during quiet spells.
