Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join the Retail Management (International) department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting store operations, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to the enhancement of systems and processes that drive performance and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support and resources to store teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruption.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development and refinement of workflows, tools, and reporting mechanisms to enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and present operational data to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with prior experience will be given priority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Form).
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
