Job Description

Job Responsibility

Manage daily store operations and ensure sales targets are met.
Supervise and train the sales team to enhance overall service quality.
Maintain good customer relationships, answer inquiries, and provide professional advice.
Oversee inventory management, ensure adequate stock levels, and plan restocking.
Handle store hygiene, safety, and other related management tasks.

Job Requirements

SPM or higher; degrees in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agricultural Resources are preferred.
At least 2 years of retail management experience; experience in agricultural chemicals and fertilizer sales is a plus.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Passionate about the agriculture industry, responsible, and proactive.
Familiar with store operation processes and have basic marketing knowledge.
