Join our team as a Retail Marketing & CRM Intern and gain hands-on exposure to retail marketing execution and customer engagement within a luxury beauty retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of retail marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and brand partnerships.
- Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, assets, POSM, and store communications.
- Support CRM initiatives including SMS/EDM scheduling, database updates, and membership growth tracking.
- Assist with Store TV content updates and coordination with external vendors.
- Support campaign reporting, visual documentation, and consolidation of customer insights.
- Assist with KOL and media coordination, including tracking engagement and follow-ups.
