We are seeking a
Retail Marketing Executive to launch our breakout skincare brand in Southeast Asia. This role combines
Key Account Management and
Trade/Retail Marketing, allowing you to own commercial results and relationships with retailers and pharmacies, while driving flawless brand visibility and in-store execution across national retail chains and pharmacies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own Retail Partnerships
Nurture daily relationships with major retailers, pharmacy chains, and key distributors — ensuring smooth collaboration and strong commercial outcomes. - Drive Offline Trade Strategy
Plan and execute initiatives that boost store visibility, increase traffic, and strengthen our brand presence at the shelf. - Lead In-Store Campaigns
Roll out promotions, sampling activities, GWPs, POSM, and retail activations that turn heads and drive conversion. - Sync Across Teams
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure offline executions align with digital campaigns, launches, and overall brand momentum. - Track Performance Religiously
Analyse sell-out data, campaign outcomes, and store trends to spot opportunities and rapidly optimise. - Uphold Retail Excellence
Ensure merchandising, planograms, and visibility standards are met across all touchpoints — no detail too small. - Be Smart With Budgets
Stretch every ringgit for maximum ROI by prioritising activities that truly move the needle.
WHAT YOU BRING- 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, account management, or category work — ideally in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Solid understanding of pharmacy retail operations and how the ecosystem works behind the scenes.
- A commercial mindset: data-driven, results-focused, and motivated by targets.
- Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced startup where agility and initiative matter.
- A learner at heart, excited to build strong trade foundations for a growing brand.
