Job Description

Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily operations between warehouse, finance, retail team, and other internal departments.
  • Prepare and submit required documents to malls and suppliers.
  • Handle supplier invoices and prepare payment submissions to the finance team.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating event setups with vendors, mall management, and internal teams.
  • Provide on-site support for event setup and teardown.
  • Prepare pre-event checklists and requirements.
  • Compile post-event reports, including feedback and improvement notes.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and event-related items.
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation for all retail operations activities.

Requirements

  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Willing to work during weekend and public holiday

Salary Range

  • RM3,500 - RM4,500
