What You Will Do
- Inventory Excellence (Trucks to Pegs): Ensure 100% of received stock is correctly displayed and organized before the store opens. Maintain a clean sales floor and keep error rates below 1% for a seamless shopping experience.
- E-Commerce Fulfillment: Handle the end-to-end process of picking and packing online orders with high accuracy and a target productivity of 20 items per hour.
- Team Play: Support the wider team during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays, to prioritize the customer experience.
