Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Georgetown, Penang, encompasses responsibilities as Retail Operations Manager and Workshop Facilitator. Day-to-day tasks include managing store operations, overseeing inventory, leading the team toward exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth workshop facilitation for corporate team building event. Additional responsibilities include fostering an engaging in-store experience, maintaining operational excellence, and collaborating with the team to introduce new ideas and creative workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Retail Operations and Store Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to evaluate performance and optimize processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment and address customer needs effectively
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with or interest in mechanical keyboards and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on-site in Georgetown and manage a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in workshop facilitation or similar educational roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
