Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead the performance of lifestyle and sports retail stores in Malaysia. The role focuses on driving commercial results, operational excellence, and team development while working closely with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for stores; deliver strong sales, productivity, and service results.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams; build a strong talent pipeline and performance culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, HR, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution across stores.
• Improve inventory flow, visual merchandising standards, customer experience, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, safety standards, and loss-prevention policies.
• Support new store openings, major launches, and key retail initiatives.
