Retail Project Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager with tasks including space proposal development, retail renovation activities, planning, and scheduling
• Manage vendor communication and performance
• Prepare design proposals, reports, and cost estimates
• Organize and maintain project data and historical records
• Regularly report, present, and escalate issues to the client as needed

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of solid experience in retail renovation
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, scheduling, and basic budgeting
• Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Mandarin/Cantonese speaker preferred
