JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Welcome customers warmly and build genuine rapport to understand their needs.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and guide customers through the product selection process.
  • Share in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and brand heritage to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Proactively work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

Store Presentation & Merchandising

  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all merchandise is presented in the correct sizes, colours, and quantities on the shop floor.
  • Keep the store, fitting rooms, and display areas clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.

Operations & Stock Management

  • Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing stock, including inter-store transfers.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and support inventory control measures.
  • Follow all store operating procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Teamwork & Brand Representation

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient, and sales-focused work environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company's values and image in every customer interaction.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification : Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent education and above.
  • Experiences :
  • 12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion for retail are encouraged to apply.
  1. Knowledge :
  • Familiarity with retail operations, visual merchandising, and stock management is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).

2. Qualities :

  • Passion for fashion and styling with a keen eye for detail.
  • Sales and KPI driven, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.

3. Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is an advantage.
