  • Lead daily operations for in-store sales execution across designated retail locations
  • Coordinate implementation of personalization initiatives (e.g., new sales enablement tools, in-store journey changes)
  • Work closely with frontline staff to ensure adoption of new tools and selling techniques
  • Liaise with store managers, retail operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless roll-out and iteration of pilots
  • Monitor and improve customer interactions through in-store experimentation (e.g., offer framing, product bundling, consultative selling techniques)
  • Provide feedback from retail ground teams to central teams to refine tools, scripts, and training.

Skills/Experience


  • 58 years of experience in retail operations, field sales, or channel execution roles, ideally within telecom, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectors
  • Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale in-store rollouts or activations
  • Familiarity with frontline enablement tools (e.g., guided selling apps, POS systems, customer segmentation tools)
  • Strong people management and coaching skills with ability to influence store staff not under direct reporting lines
  • Experience working in cross-functional agile teams, especially in pilot/test-and-learn environments
  • Comfort with short-term contracts or project-based assignments; experience in pilot or transformation programs a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; other local languages are advantageous.
