Basic Salary: RM 2,600 RM 3,000 + Commission

Our client is a premium sustainable swimwear and resortwear brand from Singapore, expanding into Malaysia. Known for timeless designs, flattering fits, and ethical production, we are opening our retail presence at Parkson Elite, Pavilion KL and are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Assistant to grow with us.

What You'll Do

Deliver excellent customer service and styling advice

Drive sales and meet store targets

Handle cashiering and POS transactions

Manage inventory, stock receiving, and display

Keep the boutique neat, presentable, and on-brand

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred)

Friendly, confident, and customer-focused

Comfortable with cashiering and basic stock management

Able to work retail shifts, weekends & public holidays

English required; proficiency in a second language is a plus

Working Hours

Retail shift hours based on mall operation (10am10pm)

89 hours per shift (including break)

Rotational shifts, 56 days/week
