Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sunway Wangsa Walk for a Sales Executive (Retail). The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, assisting with store operations, and building strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
- Diploma in Science, Engineering, IT, Multimedia, or related fields will be an advantage
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
- Experience in sales-driven environments; an understanding of consumer electronics or drone technology would be advantageous
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
