Retail Sales Manager (Jewellery)

Are you passionate about jewellery retail and experienced in driving sales performance, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Sales Manager (Jewellery) to oversee retail operations, maximise sales performance, and strengthen the overall business across retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business objectives across stores.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, conversion rates, average transaction value, and other key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and retail teams to strengthen sales capabilities, productivity, customer engagement, and service standards.
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring effective manpower planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting clienteling and customer retention initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support business planning.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably within jewellery, luxury goods, watches, or other premium retail environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets, analysing retail KPIs, and improving store performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
