Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our clients regional dealer sales operations, deliver valuable market insights, and drive strategies that strengthen our clients market presence and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive dealer outlet sales performance to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and key KPIs.

  • Lead regional DIMC planning while ensuring consistent quality control across all dealer outlets.

  • Coordinate closely with the Corporate Fleet Department to ensure effective fleet arrangements within the region.

  • Empower sales teams with in-depth product knowledge and essential soft skills to boost deal closures.

  • Uphold Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Provide timely market insightsincluding competitor activities, regulatory updates (JPJ, PUSPAKOM), banking trends, and government policiesto support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum 23 years experience managing dealer networks.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

  • Excellent presentation abilities with a talent for empowering others.

  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.

  • Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Passionate for the automotive industry is a plus
