Role Description

As we open our first flagship store in Kuala Lumpur, we're looking for passionate individuals to shape the customer experience on our sales floor.

As a Retail Stylist Manager & Floor Team member, you won't just be selling jewellery you'll be creating meaningful experiences, inspiring confidence through styling, and building a loyal community around our brand.

What you'll do (and the impact you'll make):

• Style and guide customers through our collections, ensuring they leave feeling confident and inspired.
• Create personalised shopping experiences that foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Drive sales targets while overseeing daily store operations.
• Train and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional service.
• Host styling sessions and content moments in-store to grow our community.
• Manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards to reflect our brand ethos.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Skilled in communication and customer service, with a proven ability to delight clients.
• Experienced in retail or luxury sales, ideally with team management exposure.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented, fashion-forward, and passionate about jewellery.
• Comfortable with content creation and engaging with customers both in-store and online.
• Experience in retail management is a strong plus.
