Job responsibility:

Supervise and support sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
Coach team members to improve selling skills, close sales, and meet KPIs
Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when required
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are treated with respect
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends
Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
Follow all store and stockroom operational procedures

Requirement:

Relevant experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role within the retail fashion industry
Experience working in a fast paced retail environment
Ability to inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
