Retail Telemarketing Consultant

Job Description

• To promote CIMB Credit Card / Personal Loan / CashLite / Balance Conversion / Credit Limit Increase / Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.
• To cross sell based on customer&aposs need.
• To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
• To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customers enquiries.
• To assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad-hoc requests.

Job Requirement

• Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.
• Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Posses the passion for sales and marketing.
• Excellent persuasion skills & target driven.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to cope well under pressure.
• Goal oriented and a strong team player.
