We are seeking an RMA Coordinator who will act as point of contact for customers, sales, and repairs teams. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play an active role in ensuring the Anova reputation for service and delivery is upheld.
Core Responsibilities
Receive and process all RMAs (product returns and repairs)
Set customer expectations and maintain customer relationships, providing status updates and setting expectations.
Review and document product backlog/inventory
Document and maintain current RMA processes, with constant attention to measurable and continuous improvement.
Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired customer products
Utilize ERP system to manage end to end RMA process
Acts as liaison between repair team, sales team and customer success teams to provide outstanding service
Core Skills & Competencies
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; understands urgency and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accountable for managing problems through resolution
Efficiency with MS Office tools, QuickBooks and prior ERP system experience a plus
Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
