As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic analysis and optimization of pricing, inventory and distribution channels. You will support the Director of Revenue in developing data-driven strategies to improve occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and overall revenue per available room (RevPAR). This role involves forecasting, market trend analysis and system configuration to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics, monitoring market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts, assisting in pricing strategies and inventory controls across all segments, preparing revenue reports and dashboards for hotel leadership, collaborating with sales, marketing, operations teams to align strategy and ensuring system data integrity and optimal configuration of revenue tools.
