This role will deliver operational solutions in the areas of Rewards for ASEAN+I and East Asia regions, in order to enable Fujitsu to attract, retain and motivate employees and drive performance and productivity. This will include compensation and benefits support, acting as regional administrator for global recognition platform, updating policies and templates for annual rollout, data administration and assisting in system testing and data migration from SAP or other local system to SuccessFactors and any other global system platforms.
Rewards planning & administration, job evaluation:
- Act as the Lead to drive the completion of salary and benefit survey submissions to our survey vendor for all ASEAN+I and East Asia countries before the submission deadlines. Participate in ad-hoc surveys by survey vendors.
- Provide insights and analysis on rewards trends within the regions.
- Provide analysis and support for Compensation and Benefits benchmarking and job evaluation.
- Maintain the Global Role Framework (GRF) master list, update any changes in the relevant templates and inform Country HR to update their GRF code mapping in local HRIS system.
- Providing support during annual salary and variable bonus review for ASEAN&I and East Asia and during any ad-hoc review.
Incentives computation:
- Provide support to the design, review and implementation of incentive programs (such as updating policies and templates for each year's rollout of Sales Incentives Plan, Presales Incentive Plan, and non-sales target and payout letter templates, checking sales incentives and presales incentive computations prior to payout).
- Assist with compiling and preparing data for Country HR/HR Operations to do bonus provisions and LTI accruals. Review and monitoring rewards budget.
Benefits administration:
- Manage benefit administration with HR Operations and outsourced vendors and involved in any benefits review to enhance current offerings, improve service quality and cost control, involve in insurance and/or benefits renewals with vendors and addressing employees enquiries on claims issues.
Recognition:
- Act as the Lead for Stars (recognition portal) and regional system administrator for ASEAN&I region, including managing long service award uploads, monitoring utilisation against budget, preparing monthly payroll reports on recognition for countries and responsible for any other reporting, and addressing ad-hoc employee queries.
OnePeople (SuccessFactors implementation):
- Provide support as required for OnePeople implementation in our regions, including data gathering, mapping existing processes and alignment with global processes, data migration and data request for uploads etc.
- Assist in system testing of Compensation Module before implementation and feedback any issues to the project team.
General:
- Constantly challenge the way we do things and look for opportunities to streamline and simplify processes across the People & Culture team.
- Vendor management (Reward and benefit vendors)
- Ad-hoc reporting requests
- Participation in regional and global projects and any HR initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resources (HR), with 2 to 3 years experience in Rewards.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance or similar relevant field is desirable.
- Mandatory - highly proficient in Excel (especially with formulas, pivot tables, charts). Excellent with other Microsoft Office tools as well (examples: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint).
- Experience using SAP / SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Experience handling large volume of data with high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Preferably with prior experience involving in annual salary and variable bonus review.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, organized, strong attention to details, meticulous, results-oriented and disciplined; ability to work independently, prioritize and follow up work effectively to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Team player and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders; good interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English is a must)
- Comfortable to navigate ambiguity at times and always possess a continuous improvement orientation.
