We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's financial health and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess potential risks that could threaten the organization's assets and earning capacity.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in the business processes.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on risk analysis findings and recommendations for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are established and followed.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify potential impacts on the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).
