Your new role
- As a Risk and Compliance professional, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and assessing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- You will oversee compliance programs including anti-bribery, conflict of interest, data protection, and business continuity.
- You are required to provide internal governance support, resolve compliance issues, and contribute to strategic reporting and content development.
- Also, you will govern standard operating procedures and lead internal audit programs.
- You will be managing complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and driving service improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Malaysian citizen with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of risk and compliance experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus if you've handled regional exposure.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
