Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and Law required for this position.
Minimum 2 years of within required experience in Compliance/Risk Management/ Business Management or any related field (Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply)
Good understanding of business processes and internal controls.
Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimum supervision to complete work within required deadlines.
Candidate must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
Job Responsibilities:
Risk Management
Support the development, implementation and promotion of the Groups Risk Management framework and policies across the company.
Liaise with business units or centralized function to identify, analyse, monitor and report risks impacting business operations and assists in the risk management planning and reporting exercise.
Co-ordinate and execute all activities relating to Risk management and assists in the reporting activities.
Drive and promote a strong risk culture in the company by developing training and staff communications.
Conduct ad hoc assignments and special projects when required.
Sustainability Management
Assists in developing strategies and sustainability plan to address sustainability issues within the Group.
Monitor the implementation of the developed strategies and sustainability plan by Business Unit / Crentralised functions.
Conduct sustainability related risk assessment.
Review sustainability program objectives, progress, or status to compliance with policies, standards, regulations or laws.
Develop sustainability reports, presentations, or proposals to the management and for company's stakeholders.
