About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Risk & Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen our organization's risk management and regulatory compliance framework. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems, processes, and controls align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA, internal governance policies)
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT risk and compliance frameworks
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and control reviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remediate identified risks and gaps
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management and audit committees
- Support internal and external audit activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field Preffered
- Internship experience would be preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience working in financial services, consulting, or regulated industries
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support regional stakeholders
