Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an M&E Supervisor, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The M&E Supervisor will oversee the coordination and execution of mechanical and electrical works at construction sites. Responsibilities include project planning, supervising sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and addressing technical issues. The role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for assessing project specifications and resolving technical challenges
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Experience in M&E, including overseeing mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects
• Knowledge or experience in project stewardship and annual giving is beneficial
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage worksite issues efficiently
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance related to construction projects
