We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Risk Operation ( Prohibited and Restricted Goods Risk Team) to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with local and international laws, formulating review SOPs, and translating prohibited and restricted goods requirements into effective operational solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of Ant International's different business models and business scenarios;
- Conduct efficient case investigation and review of prohibited and restricted goods (PRG) cases in accordance with standard execution manuals;
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on PRG review cases to ensure consistency and accuracy;
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to communicate PRG requirements and translate them into actionable operational solutions;
- Develop and optimize PRG review SOPs, ensuring clear guidelines and process documentation;
- Work with data teams for daily data analysis and reporting, independently complete risk investigation tasks;
- Coordinate with various functions within the team to ensure reviews are completed within SLA and provide knowledge feedback to the risk policy/strategy team to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree, major in finance, business, law or related is preferred;
- More than 2 year of relevant work experience in Internet companies, banks, risks or AML-related investigation fields, experience in prohibited sales or content security review is preferred;
- Good summary and independent analysis skills, teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and carefulness;
- Proficient in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be given priority;
- Candidates with experience in risk operations, review, and solution development are preferred.
