Job Responsibility
- Proactively generate leads from cold calling prospects.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build and manage relationships
- Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
- Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM level or above
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English (verbal and read)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
- Willing to work at 10:00 am â 8:00 pm
- Able to work in Office, Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferable to start working on 28 August 2024
