Job Description

Job Responsibility

Identify and research potential participants/clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Reach out to potential participants/clients to share the companys program and generate interest to join the program.
Conduct cold calling to existing candidates/clients to cross sell other programs that are available.
Close sales with prospects, consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to the companys overall growth.
Any additional task required to support the sales of the company.

Job Requirements

A Diploma or bachelors degree in business, Marketing or any related field is preferred.
At least 1-2 years working experience in Marketing/Sales preferable.
SPM holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communicator, patient, flexible, and someone who carries a can-do spirit in their toolkit.
Proficiency with any RM Software will be an added advantage.
Result oriented and able to deliver and meet targets consistently.
