Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Report and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
Market Research: Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Educational Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
1-2 years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry can be beneficial.
Language(s) required: Mandarin, English
Experience with video solutions would be advantageous.
Proficient with MS Office 365.
Added advantage for candidates with experience in RM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
