Job Responsibilities:

Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with clients to provide sound financial advice.
Provide financial solutions to clients based on individual needs.
Maintain customer confidence by offering after-sales services such as policy servicing, handling claims, and providing upgrades.
Build and manage your own team of financial advisors to ensure the delivery of quality and value-added services to clients.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level qualifications.
Holding professional licenses such as CEILLI & PCE or any relevant financial licenses is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in sales.
Self-motivated and committed, with a strong desire to learn and grow as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Mandarin and basic English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
No prior experience required; open to fresh graduates or individuals with SPM qualification.
