Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business dealings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
  • Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  • Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the management.
  • Handling in house development of LegalTech-liaise with IT and know-how of the LegalTech content.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent proficiency in English (read, speak, type)
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Work in legal firm at least 2 years or more.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
