Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of seller, business, and product information, including videos and livestreams, to ensure adherence to platform policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize data analysis to generate reports on content performance and identify potential risks.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement, risk mitigation, and policy optimization to enhance platform safety and user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Taiwanese and English, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work varying shifts (24/7 including public holiday, weekend and midnight)
- Have no issue to work in KL, Malaysia
Job Benefits
