Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) Planner to manage and oversee the RMA processes, ensuring that
returned products are properly documented, processed, and handled efficiently. The
RMA Planner will work closely with various internal teams and external vendors to
ensure timely resolution of RMA requests and maintain optimal inventory levels for
returned products (B2B). Proficiency in Mandarin is a benefit, particularly for
communication with vendors in China, Taiwan, and other Mandarin-speaking regions
