As an RPA Consultant specializing in UiPath, you will play a key role in helping our organization optimize and automate its business processes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Solution Design: Design and architect RPA solutions using UiPath, including process mapping, defining requirements, and creating technical specifications.
- Development: Develop and configure RPA bots in UiPath according to established design and functional specifications.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Deployment: Deploy and monitor RPA bots in production environments, providing support and maintenance as needed.
- Training: Train end-users and clients in the use and management of RPA solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, processes, and configurations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with RPA bots and processes in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven 1+ year experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, including the development and implementation of automation solutions.
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, process automation, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages and scripting, especially in UiPath-specific languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies is a plus.
- Project management and leadership skills are advantageous.
