Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our sales team as a Route-to-Market (RTM) Executive. You will manage distributor operations, monitor sales performance, and ensure efficient route coverage, driving business growth in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor sales performance, coverage, and outlet productivity.
- Consolidate, validate, and reconcile sales data for accurate reporting.
- Support target setting, incentive computation, and sales tracking at route, outlet, and SKU levels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve route efficiency, outlet segmentation, and distribution reach.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.
- Assist in implementing new RTM tools or initiatives from HQ.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales operations, distributor management, or route-to-market experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales team.
- Strong sales background, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Own transport and willing to travel.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
