Description

The RPA Analyst & Support role involves analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, developing and maintaining RPA solutions, and providing support to ensure smooth operation of automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using RPA tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain RPA processes to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support for RPA initiatives.
• Conduct testing of RPA solutions to ensure quality and functionality before deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on RPA applications and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in RPA development and support.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
